Cor, it's really frosty out there today! The chickens' water had completely frozen over, I had to top them up with hot water. Chickencam is now in HD (see the top tab) - you might be able to see them shivering in their boots today.
Anyone got any tips for keeping chickens warm? Last winter (when we had all that snow), we used a fishtank heater in the water dish to stop it from freezing, and we bring them hot food (a la microwave) if it's really cold. They'll probably survive a heavy frost or two though, I'm sure, and it keeps the eggs fresh at least!
